Court Bonds

Court Bonds are required in many court proceedings to ensure that one is protected from possible loss as a result of the outcome of the proceeding. Among all the court bonds processed are:

Submission Requirements:

1. Court Bond application.
2. Copy of the complaint (Original case that they lost.)
3. Copy of the judgment.
4. Documentation stipulating the amount of bond required. This is usually provided by the court, and is usually 1 ½ times the amount of the judgment.

Preliminary Injunction Bond

An injunction is a judicial process whereby the defendant is required to do or refrain from performing a particular act. The granting of an injunction may be conditioned upon the plaintiff purchasing a bond to indemnify the defendant against loss in case it is decided that the injunction should not have been granted.

Submission Requirements:

1. Court Bond application. (Old Republics form is on Omni Filler)
2. Copy of the complaint (Original case that they lost.)
3. Copy of the court order.
4. Financial statements, personal (&business if applicable)

Mechanics Lien Bonds

Submission Requirements:

1. Court Bond application.
